Google Search: applescript and entourage 2) AppleScript can't move IMAP messages. The AppleScript event 'move' requires a result (the message ID) to be returned, and IMAP servers won't return the result. I have made a feature request to MS that they create new events 'copy on server' and 'move to server' which don't return results (which would be unreliable, of course), but it hasn't happened yet.
